We are always happy to welcome new patients to the practice. For an appointment or for further information, please contact us and we will be happy to help you to achieve the results you want. Please see below for the process we take:
01Initial Consultation
Every patient is individual and what can appear a simple case can in fact be a complex diagnosis. For this reason we offer new patients a full initial consultation visit for new patients to be able to fully assess your needs and circumstances, as well as taking the time to talk to you about what you want to achieve and discuss the options available. We perform a full oral cancer screening, checking the teeth and gums, as well as detailed digital photos and X-rays to provide a comprehensive overview of your oral health. You will be shown any issues and have everything explained at length so that you are fully aware of your health.
02Treatment plan
Once we have outlined any elements that require treating, we can discuss the options available and provide a full, written and costed treatment plan. There are no hidden charges or extras added in later, and any alterations to this that may arise during the course of treatment are always explained and agreed on.
03Paying for your care
We always recommend joining our Care Plan, which spreads the cost of your routine care over monthly payments, thus ensuring maintenance of your oral health. As we feel this is beneficial to both parties we also provide extra benefits such as a discount on treatments and emergency out-of-hours cover. You can also pay as you go, for example if you only want emergency treatment. We will explain all the options and fees clearly to you.
040% finance option available
For any treatment over £350, we are able to offer 0% finance to help spread the cost over 6 to 10 months. This allows you to afford more complex treatment, which incurs more time and cost, and thus achieve the best results. This is provided by Tabeo Finance.
05Personalised care
We provide truly personalised care. You will see the same dentist every time, who will talk you through the entire process, from your current situation to the options available and your ongoing maintenance. Everything is taken at your own pace, as this is the most important thing you are paying for – time.
