How it works
Guided Biofilm Therapy has an 8-step protocol to help you see the problems before and the results after. This evidence-based method is proven to be the most effective way to help treat gum disease, maintain healthy gums and also clean and maintain implants.
Disclosing teeth
Disclosing the teeth shows up the bacteria and build-up, making it clear where to focus with brushing. It gives a clear visual indicator as to how well you are doing with your daily oral hygiene regimen.
Airflow Max
The Airflow Max handpiece gently removes soft bacterial plaque and light surface stain with a warm water/powder mixture to leave a smooth, undamaged tooth surface.
The EMS unit warms the water to around 40C, meaning sensitivity to cold water during hygiene treatments is a thing of the past.
Piezon No Pain technology
The Piezon handpiece finally removes hard calculus build-up that sits under the gum, with its No Pain technology that actually works. No more buzzing or screeching with older technology ultrasonic handpieces – the Piezon with warm 40C water gets rid of the hard build-up with minimal sensation and no sensitivity.
