Tim Jackson BDS (VU Manc ’09) PGCert (Dent Imp)
Principal Dentist and Owner
Tim is the owner and principal dentist of Jackson’s Dental Care. He qualified from the University of Manchester in 2009 and after working for a number of years in both NHS and private practices decided to develop a practice centred around his vision for a calm, patient-friendly environment. He maintains a keen interest in finding new techniques to help make general dentistry more pleasant, as well as helping people improve their oral health. He completed a post-graduate certificate in implant dentistry with Tipton Training in 2021 and has undergone further study in providing aligner-based orthodontics and occlusal splint therapy in order to provide more comprehensive care.

Ellie Gee BSc (Oral Health Science) Glasgow 2022
Dental Therapist
Ellie qualified in 2022 from Glasgow Caledonian University as a dental therapist. She combines both hygienist services and simple restorative treatments such as white composite fillings, and does both with great skill. She brings with her the latest knowledge and techniques, recently becoming an EMS Guided Biofilm Therapy-certified practitioner, and is a conscientious yet relaxed clinician.

Hazel McKenna RDN
Dental nurse
Hazel joined the practice as a trainee in 2017, changing careers to enter dentistry. She subsequently qualified the following year and has remained with the practice since. She is very keen and looks forward to the daily challenge!

Karen Cannon RDN
Dental nurse
Karen started here in 2024, bringing over 30 years of nursing experience to the practice as well as a calm, relaxed manner.

Sarah Shaw
Reception and Admin Lead
Sarah joined the practice in 2024 as the front-of-house face of the practice. She is the voice on the end of the phone as well as the greeting when you enter the practice! With over 20 years of dental experience in varying roles she keeps the practice running smoothly day-to-day and provides a friendly face in reception.
